How often should I replace the filter?

The Sans 3-in-1 filter is designed for 2200 hours (3 months) of continuous use. After this time, your Sans purifier will let you know the filter needs replacing. New filters are available directly on our website, via either a one-off purchase or our Clean Air Club subscription.

Can I purchase filters without the subscription?

Yes! You can purchase Sans replacement filters without the subscription by simply selecting "One-time purchase" on the product page.

Are Sans filters washable?

The pre-filter captures larger particles like dust and pet hair, and this filter can be easily cleaned with a damp cloth or paper towel if desired, but this is not always necessary.

The medical grade HEPA 13 and Activated Carbon filters should not be cleaned and must eventually be replaced as they will reach saturation. It is impossible to achieve the same level of purification with a washable filter.
