I bought my Sans water purifier last summer and have loved it. Last month it stopped letting water go into the filter tank. I called customer service and they ran me through a couple of trouble shooting procedures. When these did not work they immediately sent me a replacement. Which works great. I hated being without this appliance and appreciate their making hood in the warranty with no hassle.

I Love my Sans Water Purifier! No more lugging around cases of water from Sam’s Club and producing a mountain of empty plastic waste! I tried a zero water, pitcher, but I basically had the refill every cup that I poured out to keep it working properly, which was a PITA. After using your product, bottled water really tastes yucky! I am enjoying the crystal clear and delicious water that my Dans produces. Thank you for making such an excellent product!

This was exactly what I was expecting. It’s super simple, easy to use, the water tastes great. I got an extra pitcher to have two full all the time for 3 people in the house. It looks great on my counter. The setup was literally to just wash it and fill it. There are no complicated steps at all. I love how it auto senses and fills the pitcher. The hot water is a wonderful bonus. Overall, would absolutely recommend.
